I’m working on our first MailChimp email newsletter. If we have your email, you’ll be getting it soon. Whew, it’s a huge journey to climb into the 21st century. As you probably know, Peggy and I don’t have cell phones, FaceBook or TV, so you can see this is a big leap for us. The fact that I don’t have time to keep up with technology aside, I’ve really enjoyed learning how to build our new website and create an email newsletter. I think it will save a lot of time and aggravation. More time to spend out in the garden, I hope!!
Peggy has collard greens ready for the markets this weekend. I know many of you have been requesting them so come and get ’em. Lots of beautiful lettuce and a full compliment of other fall veggies as well. This weird hot weather has meant more watering but with the cool nights, the plants haven’t suffered. Our tomato plants are toast though! Time to rip them out and get in a cover crop . . .
