Vegetable Planting Calendar for frost-free areas of the Bay Area
Based on our 17 years experience of growing vegetables in Oakland, California, I have created this attractive calendar to help guide you in knowing what to plant when. I have also indicated whether it’s best to plant seeds directly in the soil or to use seedlings for better success.
This calendar is specifically for frost-free areas of the San Francisco Bay Area.
(My apologies to the rest of the world but this climate is what I know best.)
It is 8 1/2″ x 11″ and printed on card stock. There is a small hole punched in the top to make it easy to hang. I have decorated the calendar with watercolor illustrations of some of my favorite vegetables.
