Sale at the station
|Saturday, April 10 • 11 to 3 pm |
at our growing space in West Oakland
16th Street + Wood Street in front of the Old Train Station
We want to thank everyone who came out last Saturday — you made it the best sale we’ve had in our over 2 decade history!!
This week we have over 40 kinds of gorgeous tomato plants to tempt you. We have a great selection of Early, Mid and Late Season heirloom varieties and lots of choices of tasty Cherry tomatoes.
We have our first offerings of beans too. And still have beautiful lettuces, greens, mustard, bok choi, broccoli and kale. Plus some artichokes and herbs…
Our peppers are coming along, but are still one or two weeks away from being ready. We have just started to transplant cucumbers and squash, and they will be ready in about two weeks.
More flowers again this week: poppies, salvias, as well as natural dye plants including marigolds, cosmos, coreopsis, black hollyhock and black scabiosa.
Please wear a mask and keep a 6 foot distance from others while shopping and socializing.
Hope to see you this Saturday!
